Is he an influential man?
The October 2015 Anniversary publication of Details shared a list of “The Most Influential Cultural Figures of the New Millenium”. On that list of names was Ed Snowden. Get the details.
Your honor! I OBJECT!!

These thoughts were first published in the Google Plus social network. However, Google advised that the network would be shutting down April 2019 and all of my posts will disappear. I decided I wanted these thoughts preserved for posterity.

Oh! What a tangled web we weave … and tangle it even more … and more … and more ... when we first we realize that we screwed up. But instead of admitting it, we backtrack and try to cover up. When that doesn't work, we try even more cover up WITH makeup. And if that doesn't fix the screw-up, we insert denials and accusations. If that doesn't work, we try erasing, deleting, strike-throughs, expunging and white out. If that doesn't work? We go find another job! (And hope that our trail is so muddied that can't nobody follow us and find us.)
When I say I survived D.C., I ain't making that up! I cut the tangled web threads and escaped! Wasn't my job to fix it! I didn't break it!
That's the truth. Truth? As in: truth be told? truth bomb? truth hurts? truth speaks?
Nope! As in true story. True story. AS IN: As in that's not the same as went out, published a book, drummed up publicity and made a butt-load of cash ... OR ... left the country and yelled at my previous employer from a distance, while begging to be allowed to come back and not accept the consequences for my actions.
Ed Snowden: Hero or traitor? WRONG QUESTION.
He just needs to bring his butt back home; OWN UP and FACE THE MUSIC! He'll still be marching to his own drummer.
That's right! I got an opinion! (Based on facts.)
