Every time I watch the female Track and Field competitions in the Olympic games, I can't help but think of this lady. Her family said, unlike most toddlers, when she was 2 years old, instead of walking, she was running!!! Sorry to say she left us too soon. I remember the first time seeing Flo Jo compete in the Olympics track and field competition. If there was an Olympic medal for being a fashionista, she would have won! She was a stunning beauty and the sports outfits she wore made her look like she had her own fashion line. It was amazing just to look at her before the race! But when you saw her running … she was breathtaking!
